For the number one time I make a checklist of goals I wished to accomplish during my senior year. The freshman goal was to run for homecoming king and promote. I want to go undefeated for the uninterrupted season and win the championship. I wanted to receive player of the year. My final goal was to graduate.
The first goal on my checklist was to run for homecoming king and win. I knew the only way I could win, was to let everyone know I was running for homecoming king. At the end of all the impregnable tap of letting everyone know, I was crowned the homecoming king.
As my basketball season was beginning the head coach do me captain of the varsity team. I had been a starter on varsity since my sophomore year. After receiving that title, I felt a responsibility to accomplish two of the goals on my checklist. I began to work harder; I would wake up at 5:00am and go practice before school started.
My season started off good the team was 5-0. I was averaging 20 points, 15 rebounds, 7 steal, 9 blocks, and 5 assist. I was named player of the month. Towards the middle of the season my team was the team to beat, we were 16-0. We were blowing teams out; the closest win was by 15.
I was having the best season I ever had, I was averaging 21 points, 12 rebounds, 9 steal, 11 blocks, and 4 assist. We finished the regular season undefeated with a record of 24-0.
I was doing go on the court but grades had dropped and made me ineligible. I had 20 days to being my grade point average to a 2.00. I had to do at least five hours of tutoring. I worked hard to get my grade point average up to a 2.00.
Has conference playoffs started, in the newspaper we were said to win the championship. We blow out the first team we played in the first round.
