Race and Ethnicity When I think of the word lead I think of large populations or groups of wad that has e genuinelyday phenotypic traits. These traits or factors can include appearance, common or heritable characteristics that argon often influenced by culture, ethnicity and socio-economic status. When I was younger I was certain that their were many the racial groups. However, I can only remember organism around mostly African Americans and had little contact with Caucasians. As I grew older I realize that there is business relationship behind every travel and some history we can be proud of and some history you would prefer not to be affiliated to. What I dont like about race is that some people often judge you or work a perception of you base off your racial background. The term ethnicity in my opinion is describe as a group of people whose associates sh ar something in common such as language, culture, religion, or ideology. In my opinion race and ethnicity are often linked together; however, they have separate meanings. Most races may share common language or similar religion beliefs. I noticed that race and ethnic group labels in America are not clearly based on criteria that everyone understand, agree with, and can intimately use.
