Abstract
This is a summarization of Catherines Leadership Development Plan, which consists of her drawing cardship style, her strengths, and her weaknesses, how she plans to reinforce her strengths, and build upon her weaknesses, modify her to become a more successful leader.
It also shows where she is today, and where she wants to be in the next year or more, how she intends to reach her endpoint and the type of leader she feels is important in her chosen career field. Catherine has also included several examples of good leadership models she intends to claim from, as she grows in her leadership role. Catherine included an overview, which defines leadership, and the type of leader that she believes herself to be.
